Our work in mental health can be both rewarding and challenging, and it’s important to take care of ourselves as we care for others. This support group is a space for mental health professionals to connect, share experiences, and offer each other support. Together, we’ll talk about the emotional toll of the job, share coping strategies, and find ways to build resilience. By supporting each other, we create a stronger, healthier community for ourselves and the people we serve.
