Meet the Founders

Josie Albrecht, LPC

(she/her)

Josie the therapist obtained her MS in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University. She is an EMDR trained, trauma informed therapist currently working towards EMDRIA certification. Josie’s expertise is working with adults who experienced childhood, attachment, and/or relationship traumas and navigating life transitions through today’s world.

Josie the human is an eldest daughter, Scorpio, yogi, Pittsburgh Steelers fan living in Baltimore, thrift shopper, big sister, and smiles at every dog she passes on the street. She finds the good in people and helps them see it too.

Jenna Rodjenski, LCSW, CCTP (she/her)

Jenna the therapist has her BSW and MSW from Fordham University. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Therapist and End-of-Life Doula. She specializes in supporting folks navigating trauma, grief, depression, bipolar disorder, and life transitions. She is certified in DBT, Trauma and Grief, and Eating Disorder treatment.

Jenna the human is an eldest daughter, dog foster mom, friend, former athlete, fun aunt, world traveler, and avid reader. She is a firm believer that laughter adds years to your life, and we’re all just trying to figure out this thing called life one day at a time.
